Colantonio veneto I.G.T. Sparkling

Grapes and percentage: Verduzzo Trevigiano 100%
Era of grape harvest: end of September
Production: hand-picked grapes at full maturation Vinification: Fluffy pressing, delicate maceration Maturation: in steel 6 months.
Re-fermentation in bottle with autogenous sugar residue.
Alcoholic content: 12% vol.

White wine with a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fruity notes of pineapple, cedar and candied fruits prevail on the nose. In the mouth it is crunchy and lean, with reminescent of yeast and a delicate effervescence.
Food pairings: all meals, excellent with raw fish, oysters, ham and medium-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Pinot Grigio Ramato Venezia D.o.c. 2020

Grapes and percentage: Pinot Grigio 100%
Era of grape harvest: end of August
Drying of grapes: 20 days
Production: hand-picked grapes at full maturation
Vinification: skin contact maceration (6/8 hours), fermentation without addition of sulphites; soft pressing.
Refinement: in stainless steel barrels, on noble lees for 7 months
Alcoholic content: 14% vol.
From this wine variety of French origins, we obtained a precious wine with great alcoholic power and with a characteristic copper color. The bouquet is elegant, with hawthorn and acacia floral notes. Sipping premium retro nasal almond and hazelnut aromas; tasty, warm and good aromatic persistence.
Food pairings: We recommend to combine with tasty fish dishes (as mussels and clams with tomato sauce), baked or grilled fish dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon Venezia D.o.c. 2020

Grapes and percentage: Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Era of grape harvest: end of September
Production: hand-picked grapes at full maturation Vinification: in steel with maceration 8/10 days
“Rigoverno” with must obtained from the same grapes after drying
Refinement: in oak barrels (tonneau), on noble lees for 8 months
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
Red wine of the Venetian lands, his color is garnet red, it has vegetal hints of hay, red fruit and withered rose. Good structure, pleasantly tannic, with slight mineral sensations.
Food pairings: prefers truffles and marinated dishes. To be combined with cold cuts and sausages, pasta, risotto “alla milanese”, grilled red meats, medium-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16/18° C
