Visual analysis: intense ruby red.
Olfactory analysis: very intense and long persistent. the bouquet is decidedly penetrating with scents that range between the red berried fruits, such as cherry, blackberry wild and the Cassis.
Gustative analysis: The taste is decided, warm and pleasantly tannic, with a light but pleasant bitter feeling.
Food pairings: Ideal for dishes of traditional cuisine of Friuli which "Musetto con Brovada", Stinco of pork in the oven, salami in vinegar and marinated hare.
