Wine to d.o.c. certified by the C. C. I. A. A. of Udine with certificate n.1407/2007.
Visual analysis: intense ruby red.
Olfactory analysis:very intense and long persistent. Wine with a particulary elegant scent which shows personality, harmony and breed.
Ample, with scents of berries mature and cherries under spirit.
Gustative analysis: warm and pleasantly tannic. Vigorous, very intense and very persistent with a pleasant taste of dark chocolate.
Food pairings: Red wine nice with game and with red meat. Between cheeses prefers those fats and media seasoning.
