Visual analysis: intense ruby red with purple nail.
Olfactory analysis: in this wine you can perceive a large quantity of full and ample sensations and the different scents can be clearly recognized. Long persistent, herbaceous(scent which recalls the mown grass or green vegetables).
Gustative analysis: Harmonious, aristocratic, good body. Is the perfect taste-olfactory correspondence.
Food pairings: nice with appetizers of smoked meat, with pasta and lasaghe and with roasted meat.
