Visual analysis: straw yellow
Olfactory analysis: great aromatic wine. The bouquet reminds roses, Artemisia and the cloves in a perfect melange.
Gustative analysis: dry,warm and soft. The structure is full and harmonious. The long aromatic persistence restores the sensations perceived to smell.
Food pairings: hot and cold starters, medium aged cheese, excellent as aperitif.
