Fine,slightly aromatic and fruity.
Gustative analysis: dry, with a consistent and well balanced structure, supported by mineral notes. the gustative quality is fine.
Food pairings: For all meals and in particular by combining to soups, creams, velvety, and fish dishes with sauces.
Serving temperature: 10/12°c.
