Visual analysis: pale straw yellow, very refined perlage.
Olfactory analysis: an intense scent, slightly aromatic, with obvious notes of golden apple and citrus fruit, with nuances of floral plants. Gustative analysis: medium dry, it offer a notable fresh sensation.
Food pairings: sparkling wine for the whole meal, excellent as aperitif and combined with fruit salads as strawberries and peaches.
