Visual analysis: Pink Cerasuolo brilliant. fine perlage and froth soft. Olfactory analysis: intense perfume with nuance of rose hips and wild fruit.
Gustative analysis: the taste is sweet and fresh with hints of pomegranate mature.
Food pairings: recommended in every opportunity to celebrate, is exalted in particular with fruit salads and maintains its characteristics also combined to chocolate desserts.
