Visual analysis: Brilliant straw yellow color with green reflection.
Fine and persistent perlage, bubbles are very tiny and numerous.
Olfactory analysis: impact olfactory complex and elegant with obvious hints of peach Yellow, golden delicious apple, aromatic herbs and with a distinctive scent of Cedar.
Gustative analysis: is the perfect taste-olfactory correspondence, excellent aromatic persistence, unforgettable the freshness.
Food pairings: sparkling wine from all meal, excellent in particular with crustaceans, seafood,caviar and appetizers.
