Paper within the meaning of the legislative decree n. 196/2003
The undersigned company inform that for the establishment and implementation of the contractual relations with you in the course is in possession of personal data and tax acquired verbally directly or through third parties, to you for, data qualified as personal by the law
With reference to such data will inform you that:
the data are treated in relation to the needs and conditions and the resulting obligations of legal or contractual obligations by the same arising and to achieve the effective management of commercial relations, accounting and administrative, fiscal, promotional, confidences, quality control and also for the purposes of the protection of the credit and of a better management of our rights relating to a single commercial relationship.
The data will be treated in written form and/or in magnetic, electronic or telematic; the conferment of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal or contractual obligations and therefore the refusal to supply them or the following data may determine the impossibility of writer TO GIVE EFFECT TO THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS; the failure to grant, instead, of all the data that are not due to legal or contractual obligation will be assessed from time to time by writer and will determine the subsequent decisions reflect the importance of the requested data compared to the management of the commercial relationship; without prejudice to the communications and communications made in implementation of obligations of law, the data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:
(a) our network of agents
(b) Society of factoring
(c) credit institutions
(d) recovery companies credits and society of credit insurance
(f) Society of commercial information
(g) professionals and consultants
(h) companies operating in the transport sector for the same purposes they may be aware of the following categories of responsible and/or responsible, employees to the Offices: administration, commercial, sales, purchasing, quality control, switchboard the data will be treated for the duration of the contractual relations established and also subsequently for the completion of all the obligations of law and for future commercial purposes; with regard to these data the company/society exercise the rights provided under art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (of which is attached) within the limits and under the conditions laid down in Article 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree; holder of the treatment of data is AziendaVinicola Villa Canthus snc di Giuliano Ormenese & C., with headquarters in Fossalta di Piave, Via Passo Lampol, 17(state the name/business name and headquarters).

Decree legislative n. 196/2003 Art. 7 -
Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal details which concern them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information on:
the origin of personal data; the aims and methods of treatment;
the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
the references indicative of the holder, the controllers and the assigned representative as per article 5, paragraph 2;
the subjects or categories of recipients to whom data can be communicated or who may be known in quality of designated representative in the territory of the State, officers or responsible.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, as is interested, the integration of data; the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data used in violation of law, including those of which is not necessaire the conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the certificate referred to in (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, even as regards their content, of those to which the data are communicated or diffused, EXCEPT IN THE CASE IN WHICH SUCH fulfillment proves to be impossible or would require the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal details which concern him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the treatment of personal data which concern him with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material either for the fulfilment of market research or commercial communication. |
